What is Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a unique wellness practice that combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing techniques. It doesn’t rely on jokes or humor — instead, you laugh intentionally, which quickly turns into real, joyful laughter. The combination of laughter and breathing reduces stress, boosts energy, improves mood, and strengthens both body and mind.✨ Why Laughter Yoga?

Here’s what neuroscience tells us:

When I discovered Laughter Yoga, it changed something deep inside me. Not just on the surface — not just a good mood. It was something bigger. I felt lighter. Brighter. More alive. And I remember thinking:
“Why doesn’t everyone know about this? This is magic.” That moment sparked my mission: To bring Laughter Yoga to every corner of the world — from living rooms to boardrooms, classrooms to hospitals — anywhere humans carry stress, pain, or heaviness in their hearts.
